Here at Monoilart, we don’t believe in "good enough". We will always make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order to get a FULL refund

We offer FREE replacement for damaged item. If you have a damaged item during transportation, we sincerely apologize, and ask that you send us an email that includes your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork. Let us deal with courier companies. We will ship out the replacement in just a few days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order to get a FULL refund.

The return shipping cost and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for a refund, the returned artwork must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be returned to the original shipping address.
  • Be in original condition and securely packaged—preferably in the original packaging.
  • If original packaging is unavailable, please use a similar protective method and provide photos for insurance purposes.
  • Take care when unboxing your artwork—we recommend keeping the packaging until you’re fully satisfied.

Please note: All our artworks are original oil paintings on canvas, hand-painted by artists. Each piece is unique, and slight variations are expected. 

Custom Artworks (custom colors, sizes, or personal requests) are not accepted for return once the artwork is safely delivered. Because Custom Artworks cannot be resold, and we appreciate your understanding.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork. For PayPal or Shop Pay, it may take up to 3 business days to appear. For credit card refunds, allow 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged Artworks

If your item arrives damaged in transit, we sincerely apologize.
